The rental rates in summer are calculated on the basis of a week rental rate. Nevertherless, there is the possibility of picking up or dropping off the motor-home in the middle of the week at the price of a complete rental week !

Delivery of our motor-homes can be made free of charge to the following sites :

Under the condition of a specific meeting point to be arranged, delivery of our motor-homes can be made to the following sites:
- Paris-Massy TGV, Paris-Roissy CDG
- The airports of Paris town centre, Paris Orly or Carcassonne (125 €)
- Other airport : Rennes, Nantes, Lorient, Dinard, Nice, Nîmes, Bordeaux, Lyon, St Etienne (100 €)
for other specific departure points.
Every late return delivery of vehicle entails a penalty of a day or a week's motor-home hire according to the loss incurred. It is deducted from the deposit.
The tarifs do not include fuel consumption. The inventory of the material aboard the motor-home and the state of the vehicle are stated and at the departure and return appointments. The deposit is returned to the user one week after the return of the vehicle.
The return of a motor-home in an inferior state of interior and exterior cleanliness to that of departure entails the payment of a 100 euros penalty.

RESERVATION / RULES:
The reservation becomes effective following payment of a deposit of 50 % and written confirmation from Bretagne-Escape. The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure.
CANCELLATION:
In writting, on the initiative of the client :
- 10 weeks prior to departure: Bretagne-Escape refunds half the deposit received.
- Between 10 and 4 weeks: the total of original deposit is retained by Bretagne-Escape.
- Less than 4 weeks: the total hire cost must be paid to Bretagne-Escape
In writting, on the initiative of Bretagne-Escape :
And after having tried in vain to find a replacement solution: Bretagne-Escape will refund the whole of the monies already received.
GUARANTEE / SECURITY:
To be paid the day of departure 1500 euros per vehicle. To be returned to the user one week following the return of the motor-home on condition that it, and its equipment, are returned in good condition, on time and to the appointed place. In the case where the condition of the rented vehicle is found to have deteriorated when checked upon return, Bretagne-Escape will advise the client by registered letter within one week, enclosing a professional report or a photo of the deterioration.
The deposit also covers the excess total in the case of an accident.
CLEANING DEPOSIT:
Our friendly animals are generally welcome, the cleaning pledge will be then 150 euros and we will ask a thorough clean-up of the cell with the compulsory vacuum cleaner!
DRIVER:
The driver of the motor-home must be holder of a driving licence for at least 5 years. Otherwise the deposit will be 3600 €.
INSURANCE:
The cost of comprehensive insurance, including excess, is covered in the hire price. Bretagne-Escape is insured for civil liability. The company insurance does not cover glasses and windscreen, theft, loss or deterioration of personal effects belonging to the client or his passengers, neither their own civil liability. The excess, in the case of an accident, is equal to the deposit paid.
AVAILABILITY:
The motor-home will be at client's disposal following payment of the deposit, the inventory of on-board equipment and the state of the vehicle check, at the agreed pick-up point. Except in the case of an act of God, the motor-home must be returned at the appointed time.
It is to be returned completed with all equipment listed in the inventory and in the same condition as at departure.
The return of the vehicle to a place other than that originally agreed upon or later than agreed, will entail a penalty equal to one day's or one week's agreed hire price, depending upon the loss suffered, to be deducted from the deposit.
The client is responsible for cleaning of the interior and outside. If it is dirty upon return, a penalty of 100 € will be deducted from the deposit.
USE:
The user is forbidden to lend or sub-let the hired vehicle. He promises to notify Bretagne-Escape by phone immediately, of all breakdowns and accidents and they will advise what steps should be taken. He should not take the initiative in the case of possible breakdowns or accidents unless the situation is urgent.
Mileage is calculated from pick-up and return point.
Should the hire be interrupted as the result of an accident, a proportional replacement or refund will be made, if the accident is the fault of the company; following a breakdown, a proportional replacement or refunf will be made if the breakdown lasts more than 24 hours. In the case of breakdown where responsibility clearly lies with the client, the cost will be deducted from the deposit and will not be liable to any compensation or refund.
FUEL:
This is payable by the client. The vehicle is handed-over with a full tank. It must be returned by the client in the same state.
